During your stay there are plenty of ways to spend time making memories with your family and friends. Book a show at one of the nearby theatres: Venue Cymru in Llandudno, Pavilion Theatre in Rhyl and Theatr Colwyn in Colwyn Bay are just a small selection of the venues that are close to us, all within a 30 minute drive.

Go and visit a wide selection of animals during local days out. The Welsh Mountain Zoo, Rhyl SeaQuarium and Bodafon Farm Park & The Owls Trust (formerly North Wales Bird Trust) are just a few of the places to spend a lovely few hours during your stay with us. From majestic owls, farm animals such as lambs and goats to the macaws, sea lions and chimps of the zoo, we are sure you will find somewhere that loves animals as much as you do!

There are so many places to eat and drink the incredible local produce that you will be spoilt for choice! Some of our local favourites are The Bull Hotel and The Departure Lounge (DPL) which are a 5 minute drive from us in Abergele. A little further afield but still within around a 30 minute drive is the award winning Bodnant Welsh Food and a wide selection of pubs, restaurants and takeaways in-between.

For the more adventurous, there are an abundance of outdoor activities such as 4X4 days, zip wires, mountain biking, Bear Grylls survival skills and more to be found all around us. You can even take to the sea aboard a tourist cruise or rib-ride. Snowdonia also has lots to offer within an hour of our holiday cottages. Some of the events and activities are sometimes postponed due to adverse weather conditions so always look out for this when booking.
