1) What is included in the price of my cottage booking?

During your stay we provide; Bed Linen, Towels, Welcome Pack (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc) Basic Cleaning supplies, Electricity, Heating, WiFi. Parking. 

 

2) How do I check availability and make a booking?

3) What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in after 3, Check out by 10am. Late checkout may be available if property is vacant(extra fee) however we do require full time to turnover if guests coming in same day to ensure cleanliness standards. To guarantee a later checkout earlier check in please enquire when booking. 

 

4) Is there a minimum stay requirement or specific changeover days?

We have 2 night minimum most of year but 3 night minimum during Christmas and New year for both Farmhouse and cottages and 3 night minimum Farmhouse summer holidays. Check in can be any day apart from Christmas Day. 

 

5) Can I bring my dog or other pets?

You can bring up to 3 dogs in Primrose, Bluebell and the Farmhouse. All dogs must be kept on a lead always and not allowed in beds. Dog beds can be provided on request. Please let us know how many dogs you are bringing when booking.

 

6) Is Wi-Fi available at the cottages, and is there a charge?

Limited Wi-Fi available free of charge , streaming not possible. 

 

7) Do your cottages have private parking and what accessibility features are provided?

Yes, free parking is available outside Cottages/Farmhouse and on grounds.

8) Are there facilities such as hot tubs, garden areas, or outdoor spaces?

Our cottages and farmhouse are situated in a beutiful countryside location. Located on 26 acres of farmland,  not a working farm. Guests have own picnic area at front of cottage and also have access to a Gazebo covered BBQ area and nightly wood fired hot tub. The Farmhouse has its own large private garden and hot tub, (additional charge applies for booking Hot Tubs, click here for more information.)

Guests welcome to walk round farm.
