Take In A Show During Your Stay At Pen-Y-Bryn Farm


Throughout 2017, Venue Cymru in Llandudno will play host to a wide variety of shows and entertainers. What could be better than a short break or week long holiday in the stunning North Wales countryside, with a fabulous show to entertain you and your guests! Whether it's a sing-along that catches your eye or something to really sink your teeth into, Venue Cymru has something to offer every taste throughout 2017 and beyond.

  • Jools Holland and his fabulous, 20-piece Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, including singers Ruby Turner, Louise Marshall and Beth Rowley, will perform alongside original Squeeze drummer Gilson Lavis on the 5th of July, with tickets priced at £37.50 - £45.00. The show starts at 7.30pm.

  • Adapted from the intriguing and heart rending novel, 'The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time,' comes this multi award winning play. 15 year old Christopher's life is turned upside down when his neighbours dog is killed. Will this misunderstood young boy ever put his world back on its feet? Intriguing and empowering story from writer Mark Haddon. The performances will take place from the 11th to the 15th of July, with show times of 2.30pm and 7.30pm. Ticket prices range from £12.50 - £32.50.

  • The play of the Wedding Singer is based on the movie starring Adam Sandler. Starring Jon Robyns, Ruth Madoc, Ray Quinn, Lucie Jones and Cassie Compton, this up beat musical is guaranteed to have you singing your heart out. Coming to Venue Cymru from the 25th to 29th of July, performance times of this show are 2.30pm, 5.00pm 7.30pm and 8.30pm, with tickets priced from £15.00 to £40.00.

  • Grease will be the next show to grace the stage of Venue Cymru this August. Starring Tom Parker from UK boyband The Wanted as Danny, Over the Rainbow winner Danielle Hope as Sandy and Strictly Come Dancing's Louisa Lytton as Rizzo, this west-end show will run from the 14th to 19th of August. With tickets priced from £12.50 - £40.00 and show timings of 5.30, 7.30 and 8.30pm, this star studded show is guaranteed to sell out fast!

  • From the 22nd to the 26th of August, musical phenomenon Our House will have you dancing in the aisles to the many hits of Madness! Starring Deena Payne from Emmerdale and Britain's Got Talent Winner George Sampson, this hilarious and high energy musical will delight and entertain audiences aged 12 and over. Tickets are priced from £9.50 to £32.50, with show times of 2.30 and 7.30pm.

  • Dirty Dancing will be bringing the passion, romance and that all important final dance in this all new production of the classic story. Re-live the songs of this record breaking musical, alongside the sensational dancing and familiar characters. Tickets are priced from £12.50 to £40.00, with show times of 2.30, 5.00, 7.30 and 8.30pm.

  • Agatha Christie's A Murder Is Announced will be performed from the 18th to the 20th of September. Miss Marple is on hand to investigate after it is announced that a murder will take place – and a whole host of local residents can't resist the urge to turn up and find out who the victim will be. Show timings are 2.30 and 7.30pm, with tickets priced from £12.50 to £24.50

  • The swashbuckling family adventure, Peter Pan, will be coming to Venue Cymru from the 9th to 31st December this year. Starring Coronation Street's Ryan Thomas (Jason Grimshaw) as Captain Hook and with Andy Jones back by popular demand as Mrs Smee, this festive season is guaranteed to delight audiences of every age. Show timings are 10.30am and 1, 2, 5 and 7pm. Ticket prices are as follows: Regular performances £18, £21 and £23 and Gold performances (during peak times such as Christmas Eve) £20, £23 and £25.

  • The first show of 2018 will be the massive, world-wide smash hit Mamma Mia! Written by ABBA sensations Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus and featuring many of their hit songs, Mamma Mia is a feel-good, heart-warming delight that has captured the hearts of audiences in their millions throughout the world via the movie and play. Show timings are 2.30, 3, 5.30 and 7.30pm with tickets costing from £17.50 - £46.50.
