Enjoy Race Day In Comfort At Pen-y-Bryn Farm

North Wales offers a variety of events for runners of all abilities. Whether you want to compete in a 10 mile run, a half or full marathon, a triathlon or even a shorter event that the whole family can enjoy, there is something for everyone in the coming weeks and months across North Wales.

This year, the Rhyl 10 mile run takes place on the 25th of February. This course is flat and is designed to help you improve on your Personal Best (PB). There is also a fun run which starts slightly earlier than the more serious 10 miler. For entry forms and more information, including fair and poor weather route maps, please click here to visit the Run Wales website. You can also click here for information about other Run Wales events.

The Pedalcover Slateman Triathlon takes place over two days – the 20th and 21st of May 2017. The website advertises this event as 'A swim surrounded with mountains, a bike course in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park and a run through an awesome slate quarry - we challenge you to find a more iconic race than the Pedalcover Slateman Triathlon.' There are three races that you can mix and match to complete as little or as much as you like. For more information, please click here to visit the website.

For a half marathon with an endless carousel of stunning views, take part in the Conwy half marathon on July 29th. This half marathon will take place between the mountains and sea near Conwy. Starting and finishing on the beach next to Mulberry Marina, you will even cross into Snowdonia National Park along the route. Although this run will not be for the faint hearted, the views will make this challenging course worth every aching muscle! For more information, please click here to visit the website.
