Be Our Guest At Pen-y-Bryn Farm - The Gateway To North Wales

Welcome to Pen-y-Bryn Farm in Abergele, North Wales. We like to think of ourselves as a gateway to all of the wonderful things that North Wales has to offer – and we are happy to say that our guests agree with us! Take a look at just a few suggestions of places to visit in the local area when you stay with us.

During your stay, there are many places, local and further afield, that have so much to offer you and your family and friends. Small villages and large Towns and Cities, great travel links such as the A55 (North Wales Expressway) and narrow winding roads that reveal one breathtaking view after another around each corner.

Local Towns and Villages include Towyn (15 mins), Conwy (20 mins), Colwyn Bay (20 mins), Rhos on Sea (20 mins), Rhyl (25 mins), Llandudno (30 mins), Deganwy (30 mins), Llanfairfechan (30 mins), Betws-y-Coed (35 mins), Dolwyddelan (40 mins), Penmachno (40 mins), Capel Curig (50 mins) and Snowdonia National Park is just a 35 minute drive away.

We are a short drive away from so many special places. Castles adorn the hills of Wales with Conwy Castle and its walls just a 20 minute car ride away. Other castles within an hour of our farm include, but are not limited to: Ewloe Castle (30 mins), Denbigh Castle (25 mins), Flint Castle (30 mins), Rhuddlan Castle (20 mins) and Caernarfon Castle (50 mins) and Chester Castle which is also a 50 minute drive from us.

The beaches surrounding our farm are something else that is not to be missed. Abergele and Pensarn Beach is a short 10 minute car ride away from pen-y-Bryn Farm. Other local beaches include: Sandy Cove in Kimnel Bay (20 mins), Colwyn Bay (20 mins), Llandudno North (30 mins), Llandudno West (30 mins), Benllech, Anglesey (50 mins), Llanddona, Anglesey (60 mins) and Dinas Dinlle which is also a 60 minute drive away.
