Visit Snowdonia During Your Stay At Pen-y-Bryn Farm

Snowdonia National Park is a popular choice with our guests at Pen-y-Bryn Farm. With Mount Snowdon just a 30 minute drive from our four holiday cottages and our large farmhouse, we are the ideal choice when it comes to booking the accommodation for your visit. Whether you are travelling with your family, colleagues or celebrating a special birthday with friends, we have something to offer everyone.

People visit Snowdonia for many reasons – from walking and climbing to fishing and mountain biking. Water sports such as surfing, canoeing and kayaking are all available throughout the region, alongside boat tours, zip wires, survival courses, soft play centres, horse riding lessons and more.

For those of you who prefer to keep your feet on solid ground, bird watching, pottery classes and theatre visits are just a few of the choices that prove popular with visitors. Not to mention the wealth of beautiful gardens, lakes and rivers, stunning mountain ranges, beaches and coastal paths. You can even get a sneak peek of the panoramic view from the top of Mount Snowdon by clicking here!

For driving experiences, there are 4 by 4 events and go-karts, while the not so faint of heart among you might enjoy learning to handle your Land Rover on the challenging terrain that only a mountain range can offer. If exploring on horseback is more suited to your tastes, there are also trails and guided tours to explore.

For wildlife and nature lovers, Snowdonia National Park is a place you really must see to believe. Birdsong, wildlife and plantlife are all around you. Around one corner a mountain range springs into view, while around another a waterfall appears at the side of the road. You can drive through the clouds and the scent of your surroundings is inviting and unforgettable.

If you are bringing your dog along for the holiday, our farmhouse and two of our holiday cottages, Bluebell Cottage and Primrose Cottage, welcome well behaved pets (a damages deposit is required). As well as being close to Snowdonia, our local area has lots to offer dog walkers. Many local pubs and restaurants are pet friendly and our farm offers miles of walks that take in the stunning views of our surrounding area.

Our cottages and farmhouse are also ideally located to explore the local areas of Conwy, LLandudno, Chester, Rhyl and more. With a wealth of historic castles, beaches and other local attractions, your visit to North Wales will have you hooked and keep you coming back for more for years to come. Come and find your epic with a break at Pen-y-Bryn Farm.
