Bodelwyddan Castle in Rhyl is a Grade II listed country house. The castle has lots to offer including the history of the building, formal gardens, courtyard aviary, woodland walk, orchard and parkland. The outdoor areas have plenty for the younger members of the family to do. There are free children's trails, Victorian toys, WW1 practice trenches, Minbod's little kingdom, a maze and an adventure play area which was named as one of the top ten in the UK by The Independent newspaper.

Rhyl SeaQuarium offers a fun day out for all the family. Throughout the 9 zones, with 30 exhibits, you will see lots of strange and wonderful creatures including the strangely shaped sturgeon, sharks found off our very own coast and rays that glide effortlessly through the water. Also lurking nearby are the solitary lobsters, conger eels and mystical axolotls, followed closely by the entrance to Lethal Reef, which is home to some of the most venomous animals on our planet. The SeaQuarium also has a Facebook page where you can find special offers, or if you book online there is a 10% discount off the entry fee.
