Walking Holidays In North Wales
Pen-Y-Bryn North Wales Holiday Cottages are the perfect accommodation if you are visiting the region for a walking holiday.
As we enter the spring and the weather improves more and more people from around the country are planning weekend escapes and longer holidays to the countryside to get out and about in the great outdoors.
Pen-Y-Bryn’s adorable rustic cottages are the ideal accommodation for walkers as we are in a prime location in central North Wales. You will find our North Wales holiday cottages nestled in the breath-taking rolling countryside near Abergele. The surrounding natural landscape offers walkers excellent areas to explore with hills, meadows, fields, mountains, rivers and forests all only a stone’s throw away from our cottages.
With our wooded surroundings, onsite wildlife pond and friendly farm animal pets you will never be far from the fresh air and the replenishment of nature even if you need to take an afternoon just to relax after a long day of exploring. Relax in the private cottages gardens while the kids meet some of the furry friends we have here on the farm including geese, cats, sheep, pygmy goats and even micro pigs.
Being located in Abergele means that we benefit from great local walking areas but we are also only 5 minutes from the A55. We are the perfect base for exploring the whole of North Wales and you will find easy access to great walking destinations such as Snowdonia, Anglesey, the famous North Wales coastal towns and you are even only a short drive from Chester if you fancy a break from nature to get a little shopping done.
