Bring The Children And Grandchildren To Pen-y-Bryn Farm This Summer

This Summer, bring the children and grandchildren with you for a break to remember at Pen-y-Bryn Farm. The endless days of Summer are a time to make treasured memories together, and here at Pen-y-Bryn, we are close to many local attractions that will offer something to entertain you all, whatever the weather.

The local area surrounding Pen-y-Bryn is made up of stunning views, coastal walks, mountain climbing and gentle strolls through picturesque, landscaped gardens such as Bodnant Garden. Visit Blue-Flag award-winning local beaches, such as Llanfairfechan, Colwyn Bay and West Shore in Llandudno, eat at a variety or cafés and restaurants offering the very best local produce and watch the sun go down over a Welsh Castle. Walk Conwy Castles walls, learn about the history that is all around you and discover something to excite and entertain you around every corner, including shops selling traditional Welsh produce and products.

If you are bringing your family pet, there are walks to suit you all over the local area. Whether you enjoy a challenging hike or are in the mood for a gentle amble through the fields, you can discover Pen-y-Bryn Farm's land at your leisure or take a short drive to reach any number of local pathways. We are only a short drive away from the stunning region of Snowdonia, with its breathtaking sights and scents. Many of the local pubs welcome well behaved dogs, so water stops where the humans can also seek refreshments are never too far away.

There are a few local play parks with benches to sit and watch the kids tire themselves out in the refreshing Welsh air, one of which is a five minute drive away in Abergele, and there are dozens of castles to discover down hidden lanes, with the stunning remains of Ewloe Castle free to enter and within beautiful woodlands. You can meet animals of all shapes and sizes at the zoos, aquariums and farms that are prevalent in our area and you can even take a trip to Llandudno's famous Pier to see a traditional Punch and Judy Show.

You could even bring the whole family with you and stay in our large farmhouse, which sleeps 14 people plus cots. (Cots can be hired from us for a small charge – please enquire at time of booking.) For smaller group bookings, our 4 holiday cottages are ideal. Heather and Lavender Cottages sleep 5 people plus one cot.
