If you would like to celebrate Valentine's day with a difference, The Flanders Symphony Orchestra will be performing at Venue Cymru in Llandudno at 7.30pm on February the 14th. Taking in some of North Wales history is often top of the list for guests of Pen-y-Bryn Farm. With that in mind, there are plenty of castles and castle ruins to see during your stay. Denbigh Castle is open to the public every day from 10am – 4pm. Although there are no events planned for Valentine's day, a stroll around the castle and grounds would be ideal for couples or families and has plenty for you to take in. Of particular interest to lovers of historical buildings and history in general, the triple towered great gatehouse is a must see. Entry to Denbigh Castle is free on Monday to Thursday when the Castle is unstaffed and costs £4.00 per adult; £10.80 per family (includes 2 adults and all children under 16) and children under 16 £2.80.
